Please be advised from July 2024 through early Fall of 2025, the hotel will start renovating all guest rooms and public spaces, including the lobby, restaurant, bar, fitness center, pool, and ballrooms. Each floor and phase of the project will be tackled as discretely as possible, minimizing disruption to your stay. Floors will be taken out of order one at a time to ensure the least amount of inconvenience for the guests. However, noise is expected between 9:00am – 6:00pm, Monday-Sunday.

New Disney Park ticket booking procedures
Park attendance will be managed through a new park reservation system. To enter a park on a particular day, both a park reservation for that day AND a valid ticket for park admission on that day are required.
Before booking a ticket:

After booking a ticket:
All guests will be required to log into My Disney Experience immediately once you have your confirmation number
